Develop and debug legged robot algorithms, identify and resolve sim2real challenges in algorithm deployment;
Develop and maintain legged robot functionalities, including balance control, whole-body control, complex terrain locomotion, safety strategies, and more;
Conduct in-depth research and solve core technical challenges in robotic control, analyze and pinpoint bottlenecks within the robotic system;
Participate in cross-departmental collaboration to drive overall project progress.
Master's degree or above in Control Engineering, Control Theory, Navigation, Guidance and Control, Pattern Recognition and Intelligent Systems, or related fields;
3+ years of experience in multi-joint robot control, with strong knowledge of robot dynamics, kinematics, and trajectory planning; familiarity with dynamics libraries such as RBDL and Pinocchio;
Proficient in common control algorithms for legged robots, such as VMC, LQR, MPC, and WBC, with in-depth expertise in at least one or two areas;
Skilled in C++, Python, and MATLAB; hands-on experience with robotic simulation platforms such as MuJoCo, PyBullet, and Gazebo; familiar with Linux/ROS operating systems.
